The 8-month R&D project solved three core industry pain points of traditional folding door hardware: abnormal sliding noise, door panel damage from drilling and poor compatibility. Made of integrated high-purity aluminum alloy with built-in silent damping buffer, it delivers zero-noise opening & closing. The innovative hole-free buckle mounting enables quick single-person installation without damaging door panels. The modular universal design fits solid wood doors, aluminum frames and narrow glass doors for both residential partitions and commercial storefronts. All components pass 30,000-cycle opening-closing fatigue tests with upgraded anti-corrosion & wear-resistant surface treatment, ideal for damp balconies, kitchens, bathrooms and street shops. Its original streamlined minimalist design has gained highly positive feedback from global distributors during internal testing.
